This policy covers this website (kaflow.com) and the apps published by Kaflow LLC. The short version: we collect as little as possible, and we never sell personal data.
This website
kaflow.com has no accounts, no tracking cookies, and no advertising. Our hosting provider processes standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the site securely.
Our apps
- Purchases. Subscriptions are processed by the store you bought them through: the App Store or Google Play. We never see your name, email, or payment details. We use RevenueCat to validate subscription status; it receives an anonymous app-generated identifier and purchase history.
- Usage analytics. Our apps may collect anonymous usage events (for example, which screens are opened) to improve the product. These are not linked to your identity.
- Health & motion data. Where an app uses steps or motion data (such as Walkami), that data is read on your device with your permission and is not uploaded to our servers.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent personal data.
- We don't show third-party ads inside our apps.
- We don't require an account to use our apps.
Your choices
You can revoke app permissions at any time in your device settings, and manage subscriptions through the store you purchased from. For data questions or deletion requests, email contact@kaflow.com.

If this policy changes, we'll post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
