These terms apply to this website and to the apps published by Kaflow LLC. By using our apps or site, you agree to them.

App license

You may use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. On iOS, our apps are licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement; on Android, Google Play's terms of service also apply.

Subscriptions

  • Some apps offer auto-renewing subscriptions billed through your App Store or Google Play account.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's store settings: on iPhone under Settings → your name → Subscriptions, on Android under Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
  • If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
  • Refunds are handled by the store you purchased from: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or Google from your Play order history.

Warranty & liability

Our apps and this site are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaflow LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
